You can download PowerliftCalc from the App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android (Android coming soon). Simply search for ‘PowerliftCalc’ or use the download links on our website.
No account needed! Just start using. Accounts will be added in the future for community version.
Using PowerliftCalc
PowerliftCalc offers pre-designed templates and the ability to create custom plans. Navigate to the ‘Plan’ section in the app, select a template, or customize your own program to match your goals.
Yes, you can log your actual max lifts and compare them to calculated 1RMs in the ‘Track’ section. This helps you monitor your progress and set realistic goals.
